| Abstract: | This project presents a light-activated switch for switching on and off electrical appliances using a light-dependent resistor for its operation. The light-dependent resistor changes or varies resistance with a change in the intensity of light hitting its surface, this, in turn, passed through a comparator to determine if the light intensity can be said to be day through the resistance entering the comparator. |
